Biografía

Peter Chukhnov was born in 1993 in Moscow, Russia in a family of musicians. He graduated with honours from the world famous Tchaikovsky Academic Music College at the Moscow State Conservatory, then achieved his Bachelor degree at University of Music and Performing Arts of the city of Munich in Bavaria, Germany.Throughout the years of college Peter took part in several international piano competitions in Europe, one of which was Adilia Alieva International Piano Competition in Annemasse and Geneve in which he got the "Prix de Virtuosite" prise in the 2014th Edition and 3rd Prize in the 2016th Edition. Also he annually takes part in different summer academies, the most visited is MusicAlp Akademie Internationale de Musique in Tignes, France - the music academy of the world famous french pianist Pascal Devoyon.Since 2014 Peter lives in Munich, gives concerts solo and as part of the Munich Pianist's Club. He gave concerts and took part in festivals in Munich, Geneve, Tignes, Aachen, Moscow, Sevilla, El Escorial, Santander, and also in Novosibirsk as part of Vadim Repin's Trans-Siberian Art Festival.In March 2014 he premiered as a soloist pianist "in the orchestral pit" in "The Lady of the Camellias" ballet of John Neumeier based on the Frederic Chopin's music in 3 acts on the Bolshoi Theatre stage in Moscow, Russia. Since then Peter co-works with world famous ballet stars and takes part in different ballet festivals as a soloist pianist. To this day he worked with Lucia Lacarra, Joaquin de Luz, Svetlana Zakharova, Edvin Revazov, Ashley Bouder, Marlon Dino, Erik Murzagaliev and others.
